My dishwasher was out of salt, and the annoying thing about my dishwasher is that once that light goes on, it will not do anything until you put the salt in. Apparently it would break the machine. I don’t see how. I didn’t have any salt. I tried weeping into the reservoir, but I just can’t get that upset about dishwashers. I had to pay someone else to do it for me.
