Why would they put a sword in there if they didn’t want you to try pulling it out? He put both hands on the hilt and braced a foot against the stone. It felt good to heave on something, to feel all his body set to one purpose, an unbroken chain of force from the palms of his hands to the soles of his feet. But then the sword began to move. He let go so quickly he almost flew backwards.
